Introduction

 

The NITSL Executive Committee and its participating members recognize the value the vendors provide to the NITSL member utilities.  The annual conference is an excellent opportunity to maintain existing relationships and develop new ones.  Currently there are over 150 utility members that attend the NITSL conference.  This meeting offers vendor-utility face time throughout the week.  Conference meals and breaks will be held in the vendor exhibit area for additional networking opportunities on Tuesday and Wednesday and a two-hour Vendor night will be held on Wednesday evening.

 

Exhibitor Fee

 

The cost to attend with or without a booth for the first attendee is $1775. You will have access to the entire conference which begins on Monday, July 15th, at 1pm and ends on Thursday July 18th at noon. Additional attendee fee is $770.00 each.  New this Year -  Monday Cyber Committee Working Session is open to vendors.

Vendor companies may partner with other vendors in a booth; however, each attending vendor company is required to pay a booth fee. Our distinction of separate vendor company’s is by their registered email address during the NITSL conference registration.

Following is included with the vendor booth fee:

• 10 x 10 booth space

• 6' table

• Two Chairs

• Waste basket

• 120 V electric Service

Vendor Sponsorship Advantages

​

Sponsorships are an excellent way to increase brand awareness long after the conference has concluded. Many perks come with a sponsorships and there are many levels of sponsorships that will fit any budget.  As a conference sponsor, you will receive the following recognition and branding:

• Sponsors will receive a pre-conference list of participants, approximately two weeks prior to the start of the event via email, in a spreadsheet format, listing the participants name, company, and email.

• Your sponsorship will be recognized and announced during the conference

• NITSL will provide signage with your company logo and sponsorship. Sign will be displayed during your sponsored event

• Your company name, logo, description, and link to your website will be placed on NITSL’s website HOME page for one year

• Vendor supplied ad (1/4 page) will be placed in the NITSL’s newsletter following the conference
