The NITSL Executive Committee and its participating members recognize the value the vendors provide to the NITSL member utilities.  The annual conference is an excellent opportunity to maintain existing relationships and develop new ones.  Currently there are over 150 utility members that attend the NITSL conference.  The annual conference offers vendor-utility face time throughout the week.  Conference meals and  breaks will be held in the vendor exhibit area on Tuesday and Wednesday. A two-hour Vendor night will be held on Wednesday evening.

 

EXHIBITOR FEES:

• Early bird fee until 1/31/25 - $1770 for first vendor with or without a booth (Included with membership)

• Beginning 2/1/25 - $1890 for first vendor with or without a booth

• Extra vendor attendees - $890 (one extra attendee is included with membership)

 

​Vendor companies may partner with other vendors in a booth; however, each attending vendor company is required to pay a booth fee. Our distinction of separate vendor company’s is by their registered email address during the NITSL conference registration.
