NITSL is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of others to our
sites as well as the privacy of our members (subscribers).
As a visitor, you can confidently visit our web site without identifying
yourself or revealing any personal information.
As a member, you can be assured that any personally identifiable information
(i.e. information by which you can be identified) will only be used to
support your member relationship with NITSL
Visitors
Information we collect:

electronic mail and other communications as part of our interaction with you
as a member.

We use your contact and payment information to establish service for
you. We use your payment information for processing your payments only. We
create and maintain other information such as your account status, choices,
and member history as a routine part of providing service to you.

NITSL may from time to time share member information with selected
partners and third parties, for example, to bring you additional value-added
services or to provide you with information about products that may be of
interest to you or enable you to take advantage of special partner programs.
NITSL may also use member information to communicate system and maintenance
information, and/or information about new and upgraded products.
NITSL will not, except for reasons listed below, disclose to third parties
any member information, contents of any electronic mail, or other
communication that NITSL stores for its members. The following list
enumerates the circumstances under which NITSL will disclose such

contents are inadvertently obtained by NITSL and appear to pertain to the
commission of a crime.
NITSL disclaims any intention to censor, edit, or engage in any ongoing
review or surveillance of communications stored on or transmitted through
its facilities by members or others. NITSL will, however, review, edit,
delete, or block access to communications that may harm NITSL, its members,
or third parties.
Members may opt out of receiving newsletters and/or notices of new or
upgraded products supplied by NITSL by sending a request to privacy@nitsl.org. Such requests must include their domain name and contact
information.
Please note, however, that NITSL reserves the right to send bulletins and
other important information regarding our services at our discretion.
